A reception room, meeting room, dining room, main living room with fireplace, special bar, kitchen, TV room, 13 LCD,  sauna, fitness rrom, outdoor  and indoor  pools, jacuzzi, terrace and a  large private garden with Camellias total 1500  m2

Services
- Airport  shuttle  service  is  provided  to  our  guests  with  vehicles without  charge. 
- Our  guests  are  greeted in front of the villa with cold towels,cologne champagne, Turkish delight, and almond toffee and their VIP check in are performed at the villa.
- A team consisting of 1 chef, 1 butler and 1 maid provide services for the daily needs of our guests throughout the entire day.
- Our guests are provide 24-hour sevice in the villa, if they wish if our guests wish , morning wake –up service will be provided by their butler Shoshine service is complimentary for our guests .
- The butler prepares dresses and belongigns of our guests according to their wishes and By following their daily programs.
- Laundry service is provide at no charge Daily newspaper service is provide every morning Turn down service is provide between 19:00 – 21:00 hours A buggy will be allocated to our guests throughout their stay.

- Poseidon Presidential Villa guests benefit form the poseiden Lounge at  the VIP Pier, wich is reserved to them.
