“FAST DIRECT” SERVICES
Service for arriving Passengers:
Valid for the international Terminals 1 & 2
After your reservation is approved; our guide will welcome you (with a plate indicating your name) at the boarding bridge if the plane has a terminal position and at the apron gate to the Terminal if the plane has a bus-position.
Your possible visa needs will completed in company with our guide and your passport control is realized without waiting at any queue. After those formalities, your baggage will be collected at the baggage claim and our guide will take his leave at the terminal exit. FAST DIRECT SERVICES guides are available to help you in all matters during the formalities.
Service for departing Passengers
Valid for the international Terminals 1 & 2. Service is offered optional as “CIP with catering” and “CIP without catering”.
After the approval of your reservation, our CIP Service for departing passengers will begin 1,5 hours prior to your departure. Our guide will welcome you (with a plate indicating your name) at the “ICF CIP” meeting point located in front of the international Terminals 1 & 2.
You will benefit from the privileged service of using security control gates (X-Ray) assigned particularly for you, a check-in process without any queue and a passport control reserved for our FAST DIRECT SERVICES in a fast and comfortable way with the help of our guide.
After all those transactions are completed, our guide will accompany you to your gate and help you in all matters.
In case our departing passenger orders the “CIP Lounge Use”, we offer world standard quality services at the international Terminals 1 & 2. Directly located after the passport control, in a refreshing rest environment, a comfortable l0unge, food and beverage offers that are specially selected for you as well as TV and wireless LAN connections are waiting for you. Our Lounges are open 24/7.
In order to provide our CIP Services – with or without catering – with the best quality and to your satisfaction, we kindly remind you that your reservations are accepted at least 24 hours and no later than 12 hours before your flight.
